There was vote in the House to change the following law:

To simplify.
The law says a non-citizen cannot vote in elections. Only American citizens.
139 DEMOCRATS VOTED TO LET ILLEGALS VOTE IN THE COMING PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION AND ZERO REPUBLICANS then a few DEMOCRATS and INDEPENDENTS didn’t even vote.
BY THE GRACE OF GOD THE LAW STAYED IN PLACE.
Here is how it went
The vote was 262 to 143 to roll back the District’s voting law so that noncitizens would be barred from participating, with 52 Democrats and all Republicans supporting it.
On Thursday, Republicans said that the Washington, D.C. law was a gateway to a more sinister effort underway throughout the country to enfranchise people who should not be allowed to vote.

The legislatures of Florida, Alabama, Missouri and West Virginia have already passed the resolution. Let’s keep going.
